Local modifications: relative base paths; removed automatic language redirect and service-worker registration; namespaced OLED preference; corrected pointer coordinates for scrolled iframe; restored missing traditional-Chinese menu entry; attribution and noindex metadata; modern Sass build dependency. Brazilian Portuguese asset paths use the existing pt_br directory while preserving the pt-br HTML language tag.
