# Third-party notices

The game license and author attribution remain in the root LICENSE. The following upstream components keep their own notices and terms.

## TinyCanvas

Developed by Felipe Alfonso (bitnenfer). LittleJS identifies `engine/engineDraw.js` as adapted from TinyCanvas. WTFPL version 2; full text: [licenses/TinyCanvas-WTFPL.txt](licenses/TinyCanvas-WTFPL.txt). Source: https://github.com/bitnenfer/tiny-canvas/blob/97bd9ceec968fbcc6ded85a923eb6e5f7ca47c76/COPYING.txt .

## Omitted optional developer tools

The upstream GIF recorder (`engine/debug/gif.js`, `gif.worker.js`), download helper (`engine/debug/download.min.js`) and their optional developer UI (`engine/debug/engineDebug.js`) are omitted from this distribution. They are not needed to run or build the game. `index.html` uses the upstream production no-op debug shim `engine/debug/engineBuild.js`, matching the original production build flow. No gif.js / NeuQuant / LZWEncoder / download.js files are distributed or loaded. The game's complete corresponding runtime source and build inputs are retained.
